I want to start by saying that the customer service is fantastic! Twice now, they have tried to "right a wrong" and have been very responsive. For some reason, the travel size stock seems to be bad. On every order over the last year, between directly through the company here, or Amazon, the travel size container has been outdated, dried up and unusable.
I want to thank Challenger for trying to make things write. They sent me replacement containers, but unfortunately, only the large size was usable. I have included a photo, showing the difference in the products received in November 2023. In the photo, the top one was the large 3 oz. container, which was perfect. The other three were travel size ones that I received together. I honestly, think that Challenger should not shrink wrap these until they are about to send them out. They should inspect the product first, then put the plastic shrink wrap on and send it out after inspection. I feel this is a fair review based on the lack of consistency in the product, but like I said, the customer service is fantastic.
